Schedule a consultation for preliminary information regarding our dispute resolution services. Please confirm availability with all participating parties before scheduling your consultation. Consultations are conducted by secure video conference.
Scheduling Policy
Consultations may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours' advance notice. Please confirm availability with all participants before submitting your scheduling request. To preserve neutrality and provide consistent information regarding the dispute resolution process, all parties are generally expected to attend the consultation. If a party is represented by legal counsel, their attorney may attend the consultation. Parley Mediation & Arbitration serves as a neutral third party and does not provide legal representation, legal advice, or advocacy for any participant involved in the dispute resolution process. Participants are encouraged to consult independent legal counsel regarding their legal rights and obligations.
